Q. What size should I make my photos or artwork?

A.  For photos, a resolution of 200 - 300 dpi works best. The rule of thumb is, the smaller the picture or artwork, the higher the resolution.

Q. I want my design to cover the entire design area, but I can't get it to cover the entire design area. How can I do this?

A. Just stretch your design beyond the design area and we'll know what your intentions are. Also, you can put any special instructions in the message area at checkout. You may indicate design instructions there as well.

Q. Do you offer discount pricing for large quantity orders?

A. Our prices have been designed to provide near wholesale pricing for the individual. However, even with our low prices we may be able to extend even more savings for customers purchasing more than 25 of any item! Just click this link to send an email to our wholesale sales dept.

Q. I ordered the wrong size or color. Can I return and exchange?

A. As stated in our policy: each item is custom, therefore we cannot resale it. So please make sure that you are aware of any sizes or colors needed prior to submitting your order.

Q. What print method do you use?

A. We use various methods (screen, digital, etc.) depending upon your application and quantity. We do this to eliminate the need for setup fees. If you have seen those ads that boast low item prices, look at the minimum quantity and setup fees; you'll find that your low price deal has just skyrocketed!

Q. Do you enhance my design?

A. We try to follow your design wishes, however, we do fine tune to create a professional final product. Please note: WE DO NOT PROOF READ! Please, take the time to make sure all text and artwork are correct and in the proper location.

Q. I want to maintain a transparent background from photoshop or other photo editing software; how should I save it?

A. To maintain transparent regions, you must save your file as a png or gif format.

Q. Can you design items for me?

A. We have a design gallery that has pre-designed templates that you can customize and order. In an effort to keep pricing as inexpensive as possible, we do not currently offer design services.
